Group Chief Information Officer (CIO)

We are partnering with a large, privately owned, consumer-led group with significant regional and global operations, undergoing a major technology and digital transformation.

This is a Group CIO role with full accountability for enterprise technology and digital platforms across multiple business lines, supporting both core consumer operations and a rapidly scaling digital and platform-led business.

The Role

• Define and execute group-wide technology and digital strategy
• Lead the evolution from traditional IT to a product-driven, customer-centric technology model
• Own enterprise platforms including Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM (essential)
• Oversee consumer-facing digital products, data platforms, engineering and PMO
• Manage a large hybrid technology organisation with outsourced IT operations
• Act as a close technology partner to a founder-led, highly commercial leadership team

What We’re Looking For

• Senior CIO / Group CIO experience within a large, complex, consumer-focused organisation
• Strong B2C technology orientation (customer experience, loyalty, digital journeys, data-led products)
• Deep understanding of modern product engineering, platforms and analytics
• Experience operating in private or owner-led environments preferred
• Background sector is flexible; consumer DNA is not
• Open to international candidates; relocation supported
