About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps Engineer / Cloud Specialist. Based in Poland, you will work with a distributed global team to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure while driving continuous integration and delivery across multiple environments.

You will play a key role in shaping the cloud architecture, streamlining deployment processes, and maintaining best practices for infrastructure-as-code and performance optimization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on AWS (or GCP/Azure).

• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.

• Implement and manage containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalability.

• Develop automation scripts and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure uptime, resilience, and security compliance.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize workflows and improve overall system architecture.

• Stay updated with industry best practices in cloud security, automation, and infrastructure reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes Administrator a plus).

• 3–5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.

• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), and container orchestration.

• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).

• Prior experience in a remote, distributed environment and familiarity with agile practices.
